Change your subscription to Lifetime (if applicable) on iPhone or Android
Go to App Store > Subscriptions > Tap the app name
Cancel the subscription
Send an email to support@breakthroughapps.zendesk.com mentioning you want to switch to Lifetime subscription, so we can reset your account. Include the following:
App Name
Your email you used to login to the app (in app go to Profile> Settings the email is above the Logout button)
Logout of app & log back in
After we have reset your account, the payscreen should come up now, where you can select Lifetime
Change your subscription to Monthly, Quarterly, 6-Months, Annually on iOS or Android
iPhone/iPad
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.*
Tap the subscription that you want to change.
Choose a different subscription option
* If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address), then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
ANDROID
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap Menu Subscriptions.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel
Send an email to support@breakthroughapps.zendesk.com mentioning you want to switch to Lifetime subscription. Include the following:
App Name
Your email you used to login to the app (in app go to Profile> Settings the email is above the Logout button)
Once your account is reset you will be able to make a new purchase to the upgraded subscription through the app
